The Dedicated Micros Malta management will:

Adopt constantly a Quality Management System based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D/EN9100:2016
Aim to provide products and services on-time which meet or exceed the expectations of its customers assuring that they achieve the return on investment they expect
Drive a need to continuously improve services to both external and internal customers by improving the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001 and AS9100D/EN9100 standards, paying due regard to human and environmental considerations
Develop the resources and personnel within the organisation, and develop relationships with suppliers and customers to achieve the policy aims
Ensure appropriate measurable objectives are established and maintained to monitor the achievement of policy objectives.
